It's definitely bad when you're in a relationship, but I don't care for it when we're dating, either. I'm actually more likely to lose interest if I know you're entertaining other people as well. If I feel uncertain about you, I'll distance myself, which will in turn lessen the likelihood of us forming a solid bond. I'm more partial to the serial dating model.
